Reclaiming Africa’s history. Reconnecting our diaspora. Rebuilding collective power.

Global Unity Conference: Launching in early 2026, the Blueprint for Pigment Power Conference will gather youth and leaders across the African diaspora. This event is designed to “ignite unity among melanin-dominant people across the globeand accelerate our collective empowerment.
Education & Media: We produce bilingual (Spanish/English) podcasts, videos, and articles (like our “Know Your Story” series) that uncover forgotten history and celebrate Afrocentric achievements. Donations fund research, production, and distribution, amplifying voices often ignored by mainstream media.
Cultural Reclamation: We support community Sankofa ceremonies, local history workshops, and collaborations that restore pride in our heritage. From Black August celebrations to chronicling connections between Africa and the Americas, each project reunites us with our past.
Leadership & Scholarship: Contributions underwrite scholarships, mentorships, and training for young Pan-African activists, educators, and artists. By investing in new leaders, we ensure this movement – and the spirit of Ubuntu – thrives into the future.

Your donation creates measurable change. For example:
$50 can produce one in-depth educational video or podcast episode reaching hundreds.
$100 can sponsor a community member (student or activist) to attend our conference or a workshop.
$250 can fund historical research or curriculum development in two languages (Spanish and English).
$500+ helps establish Ubuntu El Retorno chapters or events in new regions, expanding our global network.
Every dollar moves us closer to reclaiming our story and building collective power. Together, we are repainting a future where our melanin and heritage are celebrated As Maali Kentake (Ubuntu El Retorno’s founder) teaches, we embrace global psychological liberation and the “Ubuntu attitude”.
